- Be a UOG Alum, Emeritus Professor, or a Working Professional
- Able to commit at least one hour each month to meeting with your mentee
- Committed to coaching and supporting young, soon-to-be professionals

- Be a currently enrolled UOG Student
- Able to commit at least one hour each month to meeting your mentor
