We are currently interviewing for teaching positions at our child care center. Our teachers are our most valued resource, and our teaching staff share not only ideas, but a sense of family and community that extends outside of our working environment. As a non-profit child care program, we are able to dedicate a significant portion of our resources toward staff compensation and recognition of contributions to our program. Classroom teachers and assistants focus on meeting the nurturing and educational needs of each individual child. They plan and carry out daily activities using our KHCCC mission and philosophy, yearly curriculum guide and a weekly planner. They communicate directly with parents through daily greetings, emails, website, and classroom apps. They maintain a fun and interactive classroom with a stimulating environment – kept clean and organized. Teachers participate in continuing education to advance knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education. Our program maintains high quality standards of NAEYC Accreditation!
