When you join our team as a Program Director, you will:
- Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, leverage and develop “best in class” educators to be passionate and committed professionals
- Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
- Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
- Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites
Required Skills and Experience:
- A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
- Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens.
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Must Meet One of the CO State Licensing Requirements for the Role:
- Shall be at least 21 years of age.
and must have completed at least one of the following qualifications:
- A 4 year college degree with a major such as recreation, education with a specialty in art, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field.
- Two years of college training and 6 months of satisfactory and verifiable full-time or equivalent part-time, paid or volunteer, experience
- Three years of full-time part-time, paid or volunteer, experience, 5400 hours
- The program director must complete 6 semester hours, 9 quarter hours in course work from a regionally accredited college or university, of 40 clock hours of training in course work applicable to school-age children within the first 9 months of
employment

Hourly Pay Range: $23
Expected hours: 30-32 per week
