Oversees all administrative services and daily program operation of the Coalition for a Drug Free Dededo (CDFD) ensuring quality standards are maintained. Also is responsible for keeping the Program Director informed of progress and coordination of all activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following, as well as performance of other work related duties as assigned:
- Responsible for the implementation of the Annual Implementation Work Plan.
- Responsible for overseeing progress made on attaining the Annual Implementation Work Plan.
- Monitors the systems, procedures and standards of the CDFD, informing the appropriate party when deviations occur.
- Schedules and coordinates all Coalition meetings.
- Responsible for verbal and written communication with Coalition members, other organizations, partners, and collaborators.
- Builds and establishes relationships with other organizations and governmental entities.
- Oversees the Strategic Prevention Framework process in collaboration with the Evaluator and Program Director.
- Attend and participate in training activities, community meetings, conferences and supervisory sessions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or Five (5+) plus years in servicing youth at-risk.
