Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific provides engineering and acquisition expertise to the U.S. Pacific Fleet by serving as the Navy’s facilities, installation, and contingency engineers in the Pacific Area of Operations. 

We deliver best-value engineering and acquisition services through our Facilities Engineering Commands: NAVFAC Hawaii, NAVFAC Marianas in Guam, NAVFAC Far East in Japan, NAVFAC Northwest in Washington, NAVFAC Southwest in California, Officer in Charge of Construction (OICC) China Lake in California and OICC Marine Corps Marianas in Guam. Our skilled and experienced professionals provide planning, design, and construction of shore facilities for all military departments and for other federal agencies.

To serve our clients, NAVFAC Pacific is organized into distinct Business Lines: Asset Management, Capital Improvements, Environmental, Public Works and Theater Engineering.
