The early career Environmental Scientist will assist in a wide range of environmental compliance projects while having daily interactions with a multidisciplinary team of scientists.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Preparing project documents.
- Planning, coordinating, and leading field efforts.
- Collecting and evaluating data and reporting.
- Assisting in a wide range of natural resources and environmental compliance projects which could include:
- Field studies to support flora and fauna surveys.
- Habitat assessments and management.
- Threatened and endangered species surveys.
- Ecological monitoring.
- Wetland and aquatic resources characterizations and assessments.
- Solid waste, stormwater, wastewater and drinking water compliance.
- Investigation and remediation support.
