Keck Medicine of USC is looking for passionate and forward-thinking Interns who have a strong interest in hospital administration and management or is looking for professional development and personal advancement by working at a top academic medical center in the world. This opportunity will let interns gain an insight into the US healthcare system and learn about the strategies and tactics in business development, global marketing, and hospital advisory services.

Program Highlights:
- Training
All applicants who pass the interview will get the opportunity of a comprehensive training about US hospitals, and international business. - Mentorship
All interns will work closely with their mentors, and complete individual projects. Mentors will provide individualized guidance for interns and navigate them through developing and completing the projects. - Bonus/pay/job offer
High performance interns will get bonuses and/or convert to paid internships or full-time employees - Visa sponsorship (No lottery required)
Employed international students will receive H1B visa sponsorship from USC, which is a non-profit higher education institution exempted from the annual 85,000 visa cap.
Successful candidates are expected to work up to 40 hours per week in summer or 20 hours in spring and fall semesters; international student candidate does not need to apply for CPT for this position since it is based on-campus.
Requirements:
- Background / areas of study in biology, accounting, business administration, public administration, communications, and social work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
