Intern with ASTA

The American Seed Trade Association has several internship opportunities for students seeking careers in agricultural or science disciplines. Interns who apply get the opportunity to develop skills in leadership, project management, marketing, data analysis, and more!

The ASTA focuses on promoting research, development, and movement of quality seeds to meet the demand for fiber, fuel, and food. It is one of the oldest trade associations in the United States and works on the behalf of the seed industry. To learn more about ASTA, visit betterseed.org.

To apply, interested applicants should provide the following:

Requirements

  • A resume
  • Two writing samples*
  • A brief cover letter
  • Send these documents in an email info@betterseed.org with the subject being, “Internship Application”

*Writing samples show employers how well you organize and express your thoughts. Some examples include research papers, articles, blog posts, narrative writing, and other samples.

Be sure to specify what position you would like to apply for along with the term (Spring/Summer/Fall).
