If you are a soon-to-be graduate or know of someone who is looking for managerial experience, this might be a a program for you! DFS is proud to announce their Graduate Development Program, a 12-month management training that focuses on Retail Operations.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to store operations and learn an extensive range of essential business functions. Trainees who are accepted into this program will begin their track on Guam and will also have an opportunity to develop and enhance their management skills in Hong Kong Corporate Office.
