Who We’re Looking For:
- 4 Interns
- Open to all students, familiarity with retail and marketing concepts is a plus
We Are Seeking Interns Who:
- Are able to work independently
- Have competent in knowing the pros and benefits of MBI’s products for upselling
- Possess strong people skills with the ability to engage the public
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have access to a reliable vehicle to transport equipment and travel to different sites
- Have experience with food handling
- Understand food safety
Locations:
We are looking for part-time demonstrators to sample MBI products at K-Mart, the various Payless market locations, CULs and other retail locations as well as all health and food fair annual events!
What is required and what you will do:
- Obtain a health certificate and get a TB shot (we will reimburse you for this)
- Set up and take down of food product demonstration area
- Able to cook product to standards, cut product into pieces and present samples in a neat and organized manner
- Utilize safe food handling procedures
- Greet customers and serve food products
- Build rapport with customers and store managers
- Assemble promo gift bags for Account customers
