About Great Plains Land Company:
Great Plains Land Company specializes in land real estate, helping buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of land transactions. Our team is passionate about the outdoors, conservation, and land ownership. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team and assist with marketing efforts as well as administrative office duties.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support our land brokerage operations. This role will involve managing social media, email marketing, and general marketing duties, while also assisting with administrative office tasks. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with website and agent content.
  • Help design promotional materials and marketing collateral
  • Support branding initiatives and marketing strategies
  • Fantasy Football Company League Commissioner

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Assist with office operations and organizational tasks
  • Support agents with listing and transaction management
  • Coordinate internal communications and scheduling

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
  • Mild proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, or some graphic design background (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in an office setting
  • Experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative support is a plus
