The NAVFAC Marianas mission includes utilities services (electricity, water, steam, air, and wastewater treatment); maintenance and operation of a large fleet of cars, trucks and heavy equipment, engineering services, an array of contracting capabilities for services and construction, real-estate and environmental assistance to include lab services to its Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and other Department of Defense supported commands.
NAVFAC Marianas headquarters are located at the Joint Region Marianas Headquarters on Nimitz Hill in Piti, Guam.
