Frank is a classical musician and internationally acclaimed choral conductor, having performed with Grammy Award-winning vocal group Chanticleer, held the position of Music Director for both the Washington DC Men’s Camerata and the Woodley Ensemble as well as the conductor for the University of Virginia’s Virginia Glee Club.
